3cl London Dry Gin
2cl Ginger Syrup
1cl Violet Liqueur
2,5 Lime Juice
Top with Millage Prosecco DOC Brut
Stem glass or Tumbler
Ginger, Lime peel, Mint sprig
Cool the glass and the equipment. Put all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker, except for Prosecco. Add ice and shake it vigorously. Double strain it in the cocktail glass (technique by which the liquid seeps through a sieve, in order to separate the little pieces of mint leaves). Top with Millage Prosecco DOC Brut.
Peel the ginger and put it in the mixer along with water for a minute. Seep it through the sieve and eliminate the solid parts. Add sugar to the juice left in the mixer. Stir everything until the sugar dissolves completely (to faster the process you can use a mixer).
