4cl Chili Pepper Tequila
2cl Agave Syrup
7,5cl Pink Grapefruit Juice
Top with Millage Prosecco Rosé Brut
Stem glass or Tumbler
Pink Grapefruit peel, fresh Hot Pepper, Mint sprig
Cool the glass and the equipment. Put all the ingredients in the cocktail shaker, except for Prosecco. Add ice and shake it vigorously. Double strain in the cocktail glass (technique by which the liquid seeps through a sieve, in order to separate the little pieces of mint leaves). Top with Millage Prosecco Rosé Brut.
Chili Pepper Tequila_
1 bottle of Tequila blanca
q.s. of hot peppers (the outcome will vary based on the quality and quantity of the hot pepper used)
Pour Tequila and the hot pepper in a container. Let it infuse for at least 12 hours (to spice it up, just increase the infusion time).
